If 2025 Has Felt Heavy, You’re Not Alone

We’re only a few months into 2025, and yet, for so many people I’ve spoken to—clients, colleagues, friends and myself—this year has already felt long, emotionally taxing, and uncertain. Maybe you started the year with hopes that something would finally shift, or that this would be the year everything fell into place, I know I did! Instead, it’s felt like a continuation of burnout, waiting, or simply trying to hold it all together.

If that’s you, I want to gently remind you: you are not alone. I am right there with you!

It’s incredibly human to want things to move faster, to look for proof that you’re on the right path. When that proof doesn’t show up in a timely or obvious way, self-doubt can creep in. But progress is still happening—often beneath the surface, in the small ways you’re showing up for yourself, even on the hard days.

This is your reminder that growth isn’t always loud or visible. Sometimes, it's subtle: setting boundaries, pausing instead of pushing, grieving what didn’t happen, or saying yes to rest instead of rushing to fix things.

Wherever you find yourself right now—stuck, healing, waiting—your journey is still worthy and meaningful. And just because it doesn’t look like forward motion doesn’t mean you’re not moving.

So be kind to yourself. Trust your pace. Keep going. Good things are around the corner—maybe not in the way you imagined, but in the way you’re meant to receive them.
