As August comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible conversations we shared this month on Quiet the Clock. Each guest reminded me of the power in owning our story, even when it doesn’t look like the timeline we once imagined.
Lisa Giordano opened the month by sharing her journey of letting go of the pressure to “keep up” and instead creating a life that feels good on her own terms. Eleonora Srugo gave us a raw and trailblazing look into navigating fertility challenges while standing in her power in one of the toughest industries out there. With Cynthia Donovan, we uncovered the often-misunderstood reality of hypothalamic amenorrhea and the reminder that our health is about so much more than appearances or performance. Rebekah Lipsky let us into the tender space of grief and rebuilding after a broken engagement, showing how endings can also be beginnings. And finally, Emma Paige reminded us with her honesty and humor that fulfillment comes from rewriting the rules and trusting our own timing, not society’s checklist.
Each story carried its own wisdom, but together they created a beautiful thread: permission to release the “shoulds,” embrace the unknown, and honor where we are right now. I’m so grateful to these women for their openness, and to you for listening and making space for these conversations. I hope these episodes leave you feeling a little lighter, a little braver, and a lot less alone.
XOXO,
Beth
